This pin was part of a large lot of over 700 military DUI DI insignia pins purchased at an estate sale. Although the seller was an avid collector of military items and he specialized in the WWII and Vietnam era, this pin is representative of the 1st Marine Division of Korea. There are no marking to help with dating it, so I don't know if it is actually from the Korean War time frame, or purchased later in recognition of that conflict.
NOTE - The dark coloring that you see on the stars is caused by a reflection and is not part of the pin.
The pin is diamond shape measuring 1-1/8th inch top to bottom, 7/8ths inch side to side. It is silver with blue and red enameling. The center has the number 1 and within that number it says 'Korea'. There are 5 silver stars. It has a single clutch holder on the back.

Although small, when wrapped it will exceed the postal limit of one quarter of an inch for normal envelope mailing. Delivery will be via USPS First Class Mail Package. Buyer to pay delivery charges of $3.99.
I gladly combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items can safely fit in to a single package. It is best if possible to contact me first to let me know which items you'll be purchasing so that I can adjust the shipping charges, otherwise at checkout you will be charged the full shipping fee for each item. Should that happen, and if appropriate to do so, I refund a portion of those charges.

All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
