Remember wearing your skate key around your neck? You can put this one on a chain and wear it again. Besides, it would be fun explaining it to the kids of today!
As you can see in my photo, it has some rust spots. I found it in a barely standing old barn garage during an estate sale. A work bench was lined with coffee cans full of rusty items that had been sitting for years. I'm told there is a product that rusty metal items can be soaked in to remove the rust, but I don't recall the name of it. I also know that steel wool will remove rust, but I have none at the moment. The key is currently attached to a piece of orange/red ribbon, and I will leave it that way.
I'm almost sure the key is from the 1950s because that's when I had one just like it.
Delivery will be via USPS First Class Mail parcel. Buyer to pay $3.50 delivery charges.
I gladly combine shipping on multiple items purchased. It is best if possible to contact me first to let me know which items you'll be purchasing so that I can adjust the shipping charges, otherwise at checkout you will be charged the full shipping fee for each item. Should that happen, and if appropriate to do so, I refund a portion of those charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING depends on the country. Buyer must contact seller for shipping quote before making purchase. Seller reserves the right to void any transactions where contact has not been made prior to purchasing.
All items in my listings come from estate sales, garage sales, or various auctions. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
